Are you committed to kicking the habit?

The smoking cessation treatment is usually only a single session. You enter the room as a smoker and leave free of your habit. Smoker to non-smoker in a short space of time. So if you want to stop smoking I can help.

This will require you to be 100% committed and motivated to stop. I will provide 100% effort to help this change happen. Whilst I cannot guarantee absolute success, I can guarantee that my commitment will equal yours. But in reality, you are already there, otherwise, you would not be looking at smoking cessation programs, would you? That is potentially the greatest indicator you are ready to stop smoking, the next one will be if you make contact!

The health benefits of ceasing smoking are very quickly felt, your body begins to recover in such a short period of time, and many of the physiological impacts of smoking, such as breathlessness and a regular cough are often reduced within weeks or months. 

Stop Vaping is also available and is also a single session. There has been a marked increase in vaping as an alternative to smoking, one thought to be harmless. Research however does not indicate that vaping is harmless, it may be less harmful than cigarettes/cigars, but it brings its own problems. It is also of concern that although initially designed to help smokers kick the habit, people who never smoked are choosing to use E-Cigarettes.

The physiological impacts aside, think too about your purse/wallet, Visualise setting light to all the money you have used for cigarettes/E-cigarettes and watch it literally go up in smoke. Now think about all the extra money you are going to have and how you are going to enjoy every moment of spending it. What is at the top of your shopping wish list?
